Is there a plat with the respective addresses for the lots?
The Survey department will need a new title report submitted the original is from 2018 which is outdated.
Taylor West Weber Water needs to have a copy of the will serve letter from the secondary provider and verification from the secondary provider that water has been purchased from the provider or that sufficient shares are affixed to the development. The plans need to be updated as to who the secondary provider is and from what source the secondary water is being accumulated from. Water Right Fees need to be paid to Taylor West Weber Water for the .45 ERC unit per lot prior to a connection being made and water provide.The prior will serve letter has expired so a new letter will need to be issued. 5-25-2021 Ryan Rogers
