This subdivision was recorded on March 9, 2017. A copy of the final recorded plat has been uploaded in the 'files' tab. A monument improvement agreement was recorded at the same time.

This project went to the County Commission for final approval today (3/7/17). They unanimously approved it. It is ready for recording.

The submittal that was uploaded December 1, 2016 did not completely address the comments of the surveyors office or engineering division. The applicant's agent has been notified.

The submittal that was mentioned in my 10/31/16 comment was emailed to me today. I have uploaded it under the 'files' tab. It has today's date on it. Revised construction drawings were also submitted and uploaded.

I discussed this project with the applicant's agent, Brock Loomis, today to inquire of the status. Brock mentioned that the project may be delayed for the time being until some legal concerns are resolved, but that he wants the project completely reviewed and ready for final platting when those concerns are resolved. He indicated that a new submittal was provided to Ben Hatfield a few months ago, but that the submittal was never uploaded to Miradi. I will upload it as soon as Brock resends it.

There has been a few new things come to our attention after the review was submitted and they will need to be addressed. We have heard that storm water comes down the driveway on the east side of this project and then is discharged onto the proposed lot 4. If there will be water draining through here how will it be dealt with?
