Sec 106-1-7 Subdivision Time Limitations

Reached out regarding status of installation/escrow for improvements, final approval letters from TWWW and CWS.
I have reviewed the most recent plat submittal and comment responses. All redlines have been addressed or commented on. Survey department can sign the plat after the Monument Improvement Agreement documents have been signed and paid for as well as the Record of Survey. If there are any questions about either of these items please let me know.
Our department will give final review/conditional approval once the annexation has been submitted and reviewed.
In response to Teisha's comment, this subdivision will need to annex into the Central Weber Sewer District.
Still need a title report with a commitment date of 3/15 or later. Also, still looking for feasibility or will-serve letter for culinary and secondary water.
Upon first glance of this proposed subdivision, I noticed that the two lots are in different taxing units. Parcel 155040002 is not within the Central Weber Sewer District; an annexation into said district may be required. Please advise with the planning department on this matter.
