Need Open Space preservation plan. Need application for sketch plan endorsement and fee paid.
This project came before the Taylor West Weber Water Board on August 16-2021. Currently there is not a pressurized secondary water provider to the area. It is critical that a secondary provider be identified and a will serve letter be established from the desired secondary provider.
Cluster Subdivision application require a sketch plan endorsement, before reviewing/approving a cluster subdivision. Please submit the sketch plan application, and we will get it on to the 9/7 agenda. We may be able to get the subdivision onto the 9/14 agenda for preliminary approval , if all preliminary requirements are met. Also, please submit a narrative for your bonus density request.
Annexation into Central Weber Sewer must be started shortly, if the process has not yet been initiated already.
Survey department will review once plat has finished the preliminary stage.
Spoke to applicant, they are are working with water company to get water and waste water documents.
Please submit the following:
a title report dated within 30 days.
feasibility letters for water and waste water .
