The County Commission on 8-7-2012 granted Final approval for this subdivision, and for the ordinance to vacate the lot. All signatures have been receive and this subdivision is ready to record.

If a fire hydrant it required and escrow will be needed or it needs to be installed prior to final approval.

This office has completed its 2nd review of this Amended plat. The review has been entered into Miradi and the redlines emailed to Mark at GBE.
