Silverpeak Engineering brought in a new set of plans, the signed NOI, Stormwater Construction Activity Permit, approval letter from Farr West City, will serve letter from Central Weber & Bona Vista. I made sure he was aware of the new impact fee's required by Central Weber, told him to call Ted Black & Craig Browne. He is under the impression he has approval from everyone, including building inspection, except fire but the only reviews posted to Miradi are from engineering and fire.

I received the following email from Central Weber This morning and forwarded it to the engineer. "Rochelle The will serve letter provided for the Baur Storage Building is basically for sanitary sewer treatment and does not apply to the service lateral or main. The following clarifications probably need to be added based on recent information from you and from Silver Peak Engineering. 1. Central Weber Sewer Improvement District will not take ownership or maintenance responsibility for the service lateral (6”) or for the sewer main (10”). 2. We will require plan review and inspection of the connection of the new 10” line to our existing 18” line. 48 hour notice is required prior to the connection being made. 3. At the time of building permit the County is required to collect the sanitary sewer impact fee for Central Weber. Attached is the calculation sheet for the Impact Fee. 4. It appears that the 6” lateral is larger that would be required for a storage building. It also appears that with the placement of the restrooms there is a possibility of subdividing the building in the future. IF at sometime in the future the building is subdivided or the use of the building changes it will be necessary to review the impact fee calculation and possibly adjust for additional impact fees. I spoke to Brent Taylor this morning, he indicated he was not getting Miradi Notifications. I checked his email address and found a typo in it, I corrected it and sent him my review.

All violations cleared at this time.
Iris Hennon - 5/3/2012
Automobile repair including body and fender, break, muffler, upholstery or transmission work provided it is conducted within a completely enclosed building is permitted in a Manufacturing zone. In order to conduct business in the unincorporated Weber County a business license is required until this requirement has been met this business is in violation of the County Ordinance. Before the applicant can apply for a Business License he will need to clean up the site.
