Time limitation for final approval. A final subdivision plat for the first phase of a subdivision that receives a recommendation for final approval from the planning commission shall be offered to the county commission for final approval and recording within one year from the date of the planning commission's recommendation for final approval. After one year from that date, the plat shall not be received for recording and shall have no validity whatsoever. Subdivisions with multiple phases must record a new phase within one year from the date of the previous phase being recorded until the subdivision is completed or the plat shall not be received for recording and shall have no validity whatsoever. The planning commission may grant one time extension for final subdivision approval for a maximum of one year per subdivision. A multiple phase subdivision may receive only one time extension, not one time extension per phase. The subdivision needs to be recorded by September 24, 2014. As stated above or you can request a 1-year time extension. The fee is $300 and the request which is a narrative from you requesting the extension and why you need the extension. This time extension needs to be submitted before September 24, 2014 and can be approved by the Planning Director. The applicant representative has been notified of this issue.

This office has completed its final review of this subdivision. Pending the correction of a couple minor issues to address and any other requirements or concerns from any review agency, this office releases for the printing of the Mylar's. A Monument Escrow will need to be established with this department before the Mylar's can be signed and released for signatures.
