After meeting with the applicant's geologist regarding the latest geotechnical/geological review, I sent an email on 8/19/15 to applicant and his geologist stating the County's position on the review items.

Per a conversation with Mr. Rasmussen this morning, he granted permission to copy the Geologic Hazards Report submitted for the subdivision (prepared for him) to this hillside review.
