This request will have a public hearing April 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with the Weber County Commission.

I received a email from Chris at Reeve's asking where we were at on this. It was my understanding that we were waiting for him to return the documents for recording the new easement that clarified the easement to the HOA and not Weber County. I told him to get the documents to Ben for review by legal and surveying prior to having the owner sign them, in case there are changes that need to be made.

I received a call from the real estate agent today and from Chris Cave at Reeve's and he sent me some updated easements. I sent them to Legal to review and will get back to Chris when I hear from them.
