I have been in contact with the survey company over the past week to discuss survey department comments that have not been addressed on the latest submittal uploaded into Miradi. A subsequent submittal was received, which is in queue to be uploaded into Miradi, and was returned to the survey company to address the remaining comments. I anticipate that the next submittal will adequately address all comments from the survey department.

The survey company was contacted by e-mail on 3/26 to request that the latest plat submittal be updated to address the initial survey review comments prior to our second review to avoid excessive reviews. Our review cannot begin until we receive the updated plat.

The Plat looks good ready to record from and engineering standpoint. The plans look good as well but a review of the storm drain calculations is still needed. I will approve the map without the calculations but an escrow account needs to be set up before building permits will be approved by this department.

As of today, the County is still waiting for an updated geologic report, addressing each lot individually, as well as the access, and a more readable survey plat.

We have asked a few times for a readable subdivision survey plat so we can begin our review. All we currently have is an engineering plan called a "boundary and topographic map" on which the boundary description is fuzzy and hard to read. Please submit the subdivision survey plat we are asking for.
