This is 5-lot subdivision with two of the lots being accessed by Flag Lots. The Flag Lot application has been approved.

 

After the subdivision was recorded it was discover that the FEMA flood plain layers were not printed on the recorded Mylar. A new Mylar was created called Satterthwaite Southfork Ranches 1st Amendment that will be recorded and will replace the other subdivision.

An escrow draw has been requested but based on the recent inspection of the installation of the temporary turn around, that is not possible yet. A file has been uploaded to Miradi showing what has been built and what needs to be built. Please let me know when the turn around has been completed.

The County has received a number of complaints regarding the post that has been installed on private property at the end of the dedicated portion of 7900 East Street. March 24, 2015 Chad Meyerhoffer met with Dale Satterthwaite and let him know although the post is not in the County Right of Way, it is a hazard and may have potential liability concerns.
