The final ordinance and zoning development agreement have been added to the Miradi project. Most pages within the exhibits, to the development agreement, are made up of the master plan and traffic analysis and are available in the planning office for review. These documents have also been recorded and are available in the Office of the Weber County Recorder.

New information from Powder Mountain has just been received. A revised letter, addressing certain agency/other comments, has been uploaded under the "correspondence" tag. An updated Traffic Impact Analysis has also been uploaded under the "supporting info/studies" tag.
Paul De Long - 8/18/2014
In general coverage of the project with trails looks very good. There are major trails that run East West and North South as well as points in between. Trails connect neighborhoods and commercial nodes and to Weber Pathways Network trails. There are a number of loop combinations that can be navigated. (Signage may be required to keep people from getting lost) However the many details required by the Ogden Valley Pathways Ordinance are not provided. None of the trails shown in red on the plan have designations concerning use type, public, fee or non fee, or for members and residents only. These should be specified before the next phase of the plan and before Weber Pathways can approve the plan as meeting Weber County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 40, 2004 -15 (Ogden Valley Pathways).
Paul De Long - 7/23/2014
A planning map of Powder Mountain Summit recreation trails was provided with the request to amend and add DRR-1 zone to the Weber County portion of Powder Mountain Summit. The map is difficult to see on the booklet pages on Miradi and we have requested a PDF image from Summit of the trail plan to review the plan in more detail. There are a significant number trails through out the project shown on the plan.
