I have reviewed the plat submitted on 03-05-2019 and find that all of our red lines have been addressed and release this plat for printing on Mylar pending any outstanding red lines from other agency reviews.

In reviewing the 02-25-15 Revised Subdivision Plat it appears that the submitted plat is identical to the one originally submitted on 10-29-14. Planning has verified that the 02-25-15 Revised Subdivision Plat is the file sent by email to Weber County from the surveyor of the plat. A Revised Subdivision Plat addressing the comments made in our 12-01-14 Review will need to be submitted before further review can take place.

The proposed amendment to the subdivision plat is to reflect the combination of property between lots 8 and 9 located at 960 Ogden Canyon. You are hereby notified of the public administrative meeting that will be held in the Weber County Planning Division Conference Room (2nd floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Wednesday, January 21,2015 at 4:00 pm.
