I have reviewed the plat submitted on 03-05-2019 and find that all of our red lines have been addressed and release this plat for printing on Mylar pending any outstanding red lines from other agency reviews.

The new revised plat titled 3-5-15 Revised Subdivision Plat has been uploaded for review.

In reviewing the 02-25-15 Revised Subdivision Plat it appears that the submitted plat is identical to the one originally submitted on 10-29-14. Planning has verified that the 02-25-15 Revised Subdivision Plat is the file sent by email to Weber County from the surveyor of the plat. A Revised Subdivision Plat addressing the comments made in our 12-01-14 Review will need to be submitted before further review can take place.

I emailed Mr. Sherman to check on the status of the corrections needed by the Surveyor's office.

Administrative Public Meeting: The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for final approval of a plat amendment for the Wilcox Camping and Boating Resort 1st Amendment. The proposed amendment to the subdivision plat is to reflect the combination of property between lots 8 and 9 located at 960 Ogden Canyon. The non-public well serving this property was approved in 2013.

QGC has no facilities to serve subdivision

Line extensions that may be required will be in accordance with the current tarif and regulations. Any relocations of existing facilities will be the responsibility of those requesting lot line changes.

All students would be eligible for bussing. No current bussing in this area. A safety review would be done before bussing was offered.
