Tammy Aydelotte - 9/23/2019

Spoke with authorized rep today. Informed him that water still needs to be secured, Engineering comments need to be addressed, and the latest plat may need to be re-reviewed, prior to scheduling for final approval with the PC.

Steve Collier - 5/2/2019

I was notified by Tammy on 4/11 that this subdivision had received preliminary approval. The final plat review from the County Surveyor will commence once a final plat is submitted.

Steve Collier - 3/8/2019

I just spoke with Emily from Reeve and Associates who requested that no County Survey review be performed on preliminary plats for this subdivision, with that request I will hold off on any additional reviews of this subdivision until we are specifically requested to resume our involvement or until I am notified that the subdivision is ready for final review by the County's project manager.

Spoke with Kenny Palmer today. Applicant will be submitting a change fee, and a plat of phase three that doesn't include the irrigation ditch or any of the land east of the ditch.
