Notice of Public Hearing
On the evening of February 13th 2024 at 5:00 pm, in the Weber County Commission Chambers, 1st floor of the Weber Center at 2380 Washington Blvd, the Western Weber Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an applicant-driven request to rezone approximately 93 acres from the A-1 and A-2 zones to RE-15 zone. The A-1 and A-2 zones have a minimum lot area requirement of 40,000 square feet. The RE-15 zone will generally allow 15,000 square-foot single-family dwelling lots, the actual area of which may be averaged across all lots within the development. Please reference the zone codes for the A-1 and A-2 zones as well as the RE-15 zone. This proposal would rezone the developments also known as the Longhorn Estates and the Vaquero Village Cluster Subdivision Phase 1 Amended.

The Western Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 9th, 2024 at 5:00 pm in the County Commission Chambers, 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah, 84401 for consideration on a request to rezone a 76-acre property from A-2 to R1-15. The development is known as Longhorn Estates, located at approximately 7500 West 640 South, Ogden, Utah, 84401.
