Steve sent me an email that covers the preapplication meeting...
I also included the email under the narrative section of the submittals.
"Chad,
This email acts as the required pre-application meeting for your design review application. You can apply for design review on frontier using this link: https://frontier.co.weber.ut.us/
You should submit a pdf of your engineered drawings for the site and building. These should include a landscaping plan, parking plan, signage plan, stormwater plan, and building elevations.
Once the application is submitted our planning technician will review the submittal for completeness and upload an invoice.
