The TC Gailey Subdivision plat is nearly ready to record. The following condition must be satisfied before it may be presented before the County Commission for final approval and signature.

A Subdivision Improvement Agreement is completed and the subdivision improvement escrow funds are deposited with the County Engineering Department.

DUE TO THE ITEMS CHANGING INSIDE THE SUBDIVISION AND ON THE PLAT. THE SURVEYOR'S OFFICE WILL NEED TO REVIEW THE NEWEST SUBMITTAL UPLOADED TO FRONTIER BEFORE THE PLAT WILL BE APPROVED AND SIGNED BY THE SURVEYOR'S OFFICE.

TC Gailey Subdivision received preliminary approval from the West Weber Planning Commission on 9-21-2021.

Please see the secondary water delivery system narrative and proof of water shares for irrigation. This proposal is tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission agenda for preliminary approval on September 21, 2021.

This project is in the preliminary stage. Once a final plat has been uploaded, the surveyors office will begin there review process.

Application can accepted once subdivision fee is paid. An invoice has been created for $2200. This fee can be paid online through Frontier with a credit card or echeck. note there is a service fee associated with the a credit card payment.
