The proposal for a new road disecting 8600 E is a travesty. This demands extensive public review and comment. This was not accurately disclosed in the initial documents and prior to the public meeting.
After a discussion with the Planning Division, it is recommended that this proposal goes before the Planning Commission for preliminary and final approval in two separate meetings. County reviews agencies may still review based on final requirements.
The surveyor from Reeve and Associates will be submitting a dedication plat for preliminary and final review. This proposal is expected to go before the Planning Commission for preliminary and final approval on March 23rd, 2021.
We need a letter of feasbility from the Health Department dated within the last 18 months.
