In order to help expedite final acceptance of this subdivision by this office, review comments (redlines) of the most recent revision of the Verhaal plat have been forwarded by email to Andy at Great Basin on this day. These recommended changes consist of drafting changes and should not have cause for much delay in re-submittal.

Summer Day - 12/4/2013
A review of the revised plat dated November 2013 posted on November 26, 2013 had been performed. All three lots have been evaluated and deemed feasible for the installation of onsite wastewater systems. All items requested have been placed onto the Mylar, and at this time our office has no concerns on this project.

Summer Day - 11/22/2013
A preliminary review of the revised plat dated October 28, 2013 had been performed. All three lots have been evaluated and deemed feasible for the installation of onsite wastewater systems. The Mylar needs to be updated with the location of the soil test pit, the soil descriptions, resulting percolation rates. Our office is able to email all the pertinent soil information to Great Basin upon request.

Two new review response letters were added for review. One addresses access and road improvements and, the other addresses the ditch and needs from the irrigation company.

A new plat has been submitted for review. Revisions include the addition of a fire turnaround easement. Who and Why is this required? An easement is typically not required for a driveway of this type. The turnaround and surface improvements are usually just shown on the improvement plans and not on the plat. Also show is a change in the irrigation easement.
