NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the County Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Commission Chambers (1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ogden, Utah) regarding a request to vacate a 10 foot drainage easement and a 10 foot sewer easement running North to South from Copper Crest, a private road to Spring Park, a public road located in the Summit Eden Phase 1C Subdivision. Copies of the proposal may be reviewed prior to the hearing in the Weber County Planning Division Office, Suite 240, in the Weber Center. Additional information may be obtained by contacting Ronda Kippen, Principal Planner, at 801-399-8768.
