An amendment to this approval occurred in July of 2017. Shed moved northwest to abut to the existing lodge. See staff report in file DR#2016-13.

The scope of this project has changed. The applicant will revise the site plan by removing the "commercially" occupied structure (which was originally planned to be physically connected to the south basement wall of the existing lodge/barn) from its "connected" location and placing it in the parking lot, approximately 75 feet south of the existing yurt/ski school. The structure will now be used for the storage of ski and snowboard rental equipment only and will not be occupied by employees or customers.
