I have reviewed document labeled exhibit 3, and the description is good. However you cannot grant an easement to yourself, Liberty At Last LLC is creating an agreement with itself. If the easement is created between two separate people and then both lands are put into one name later the Merger Doctrine comes into play, and the easement will need to be re granted.
