The Weber County Planning Office has received a request to approve a design review for a new commercial building and a conditional use permit to operate an auto repair and service shop within the proposed new commercial building located at 4930-4938 East 2550 North Eden, UT. Consideration of the application and action, on this request, will take place during an, open and public, Ogden Valley Township Planning Commission meeting which will be be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 5:00 pm. Currently additional work is required to verify the feasibility and type of onsite wastewater system /septic system acceptable for this property. As per email conversation with developer, additional percolation test will need to be run to verify the permeability of the soils on the property. Alternatively new soil work could be completed. Other issues to note are the garage units cannot have floor drains connected to a septic system, and the septic system must be adequately size for the future use of the proposed 5 suite building
