I called Chris Cave at Reeve and Associates earlier this week to inform him that we are still in need of deeds (as required by the Weber County Recorder's Office) from the various property owners due to the internal lot line adjustments.

Mylar was signed and stamped today. The plat along with the Boundary Line Agreement was taken to planning.

Talked with Bob Kunz this morning regarding the boundary line agreement. Chris will bring over updated agreement to be recorded, then the Mylars can be filed, signed and sent to planning.

I completed my 6th review of the subdivision. There remains a couple of small corrections to be made. Emailed it to Chris Cave at Reeve and Assoc....2/28/12 A fenceline/boundary line agreement will be required to be recorded prior to the recordation of the subdivision plat.

I had discussions with Reeves this morning about the disposition of this offices review. As stated before we have done what we can for now until the redlines and boundary situation is resolved. I printed off the latest dated PDF from Miradi (1/9/12)...did my review and noted on the review that this latest revision appears to be the same as the one submitted in December. All the same comments, all the same redlines.

I added a revised final plat. Chris Cave at Reeve and Associates stated: "Attached is the plat for the Arlen Bell Subdivision with the red-line comments from Jack included. The deeds from Bell to Brough and Brough to Bell will be prepared once the lots are approved by Jack. I will be sending the engineering response as soon as I get the information that has been requested."

I spoke with Chris Cave at Reeve's and Associates yesterday about the lot line adjustment and including the third lot. He had not heard anything from the Bell's. I spoke with David Bell this morning. He is going to get his preferred lot line configuration to Reeve's and Associates.

I called and talked to Blaine Brough (owner of the adjacent parcel: 07-092-0004). I explained that his lot is currently an illegal building lot (as explained in the review title "Revised Staff Report to the Western Weber County Planning Commission") and conveyed the method of resolving the situation. He seemed very amenable to having his lot included as a third lot in the subdivision. I suggested to Blaine that he speak with the applicant, Mathew Bell, to discuss how to achieve the proposed "lot line adjustment" to give his parcel/lot the required 100 feet of frontage. I am expecting a call back from Blaine after this discussion.
