Chuck brought in a new mylar today. I gave it and the older ones to Jack.

Ben brought me the mylar to get signed, but it didn't reflect the changes as show in the plat that was uploaded on July 15, 2013. I e-mailed Landmark and Chuck about that. I'm not sure if anyone else needs anything changed on the mylar before they re-print it.

I have revised my review comment about the ditch running south after discussing it further with the County Engineer. Since the irrigation company has stated that they will be abandoning the ditch by the end of this year, we well let this subdivision proceed with the ditch being filled in. The only stipulation is that the Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued on a residence built on the property until the ditch is filled in.

Chuck Eagleston e-mailed me asking to review the revised plat that Dallas Buttars has prepared. I let him know that I have not been e-mailed a copy and one has not been uploaded to Miradi.

This office completed its final review of this subdivision. All corrections and concerns have been corrected. Pending any concerns from the other reviewing agencies, it is cleared to print the Mylar's.

I e-mailed the letter from the irrigation company to Chuck, so that he could take it over to the irrigation company and get it signed. I had e-mailed Brenda on 5/10/2013 stating that I needed a signed copy.

No action required for a pathway as this is an existing single lot. A 10 ft wide easement for a pathway is desired on the frontage with 8600E to accommodate a any future pathway along road.

Assuming that this lot is in Ogden Valley at zip code 84317 all students are eligible for bussing. Stops are on 8600 E. Unable to locate this address in zipcode 84404.

Sue, this lot is not in Huntsville Town. It is in the unincorporated portion of Weber County on 8600 East. Huntsville Town ends at about 7800 East.
