This office has completed its 2nd review of this subdivision. There is 2 minor items to be addressed. Once these have been corrected, pending any concerns of the other review agencies, it is released for the printing of the Mylar's.

This office has completed its 1st review of this subdivision. A redlined PDF file has been emailed to Greg at HAI. Subdivision will need to be named and referred to as Willson Estates Subdivision 1st Amendment. A drawn plat to vacate Lot 1 of the original subdivision is not necessary, an ordinance is all that is required. Where has the address of 5602 North for the new lot originated from?

QGC has facilities along North Fork Road to serve this subdivision. Any gas service will be per current rules and regulations.
