Received signed mylar from the Health Department.

I look the mylar to the Health Department for their signature.

Mylar was delivered to the Engineering office today. County Engineer will not sign plat until all items from previous review have been completed. https://miradi.co.weber.ut.us/reviews/view/258 The Improvements either need to be installed or the money in County Escrow from approved cost estimate, prior to County Engineer's signature. In my review it appears that the subdivision will need a SWPPP and a permit through the State.

The Record of Survey was filed on 8/1/11, the dedication plat was signed, stamped and delivered to Justin on 8/3/11. The job is complete from the Survey Dept.

Chris Cave dropped off the mylar and I placed it on Jack Haight's desk.

Chad, I added a document, Letter from Warren Irrigation Company, please take a look at it.

The Letter of Feasibility for this subdivision, issues by the Weber-Morgan Health Department, was issues under the name “West Farm Subdivision” land serial #10-043-0008. It is currently filed with soil log #13717 until the Mylar is submitted and approved by this office. At which time a subdivision file will be created.

I emailed my final review of White Farms Subdivision to Nick Anderson @ Reeve & Associates. Approved for the creation of Mylars upon the correction of 2 small minor notes. 6/15/11

Emailed Chris Cave at Reeve & Assoc this morning over an issue with Lot 6 of White Farms. I had emailed Chris on 5/4/11 with the same issue and have yet to see a revised plat or hear back regarding any questions.

I emailed Chris Cave a copy of the latest Engineering Division review.

Completed my 3rd review of White Farms Subd. Emailed my review to Chris over at Reeve and Assoc.

Called Chris Cave at Reeves this morning asking for a revised PDF. The submitted one file has portions that are unreadable. Bearings and distances are boxed out.

The second red line review and review letter was completed and entered into Miradi on 3/23/11. I called Chris at Reeve and Assoc. to let him know the second set of red lines were done.

I talked with Chis Cave at Reeve and Associates. He was inquiring about the status of the project and recording the deadline. He asked whether the Surveying Department had had a chance to review the latest final plat submittal. I referred him to the Surveying Department. I told him that the mylar must be recorded within 18 months of having received a recommendation for final approval from the Western Weber Planning Commission.
