Mylar delivered to WC Engineering 8.16.2016 @ 10:10am. Also, for owner's signature to work as printed on the mylar, the individuals can convey to the trust.

QGC - Misread plat, disregard previous comments. QGC already serves Lot 1 and will be able to serve Lot 2 from 3900 West.

QGC - Would be unable to provide service to lot 1 or 2, unless plat is amended showing 20' PUE from 3900 West to back lots 1 or 2. Or during time of development Questar would require 20' Right-of-way from front property owner(s) to serve back lots
