Emailed applicant the following message on 10-26-2012 at 2:30pm: Hello Chandra, I just want to remind you that you mentioned that you were going to try to come in this last week to go over some of the items found during the review of your permit application. The items (review comments) will need to be addressed, so I want to make sure that you have time to address them prior to the next planning commission meeting. Please call me if there is something that I can do to help. Encouraged to come in (as previously discussed with applicant) so that review comments could be examined and discussed so that application is able to proceed to next available OVPC agenda. December 4th will be the next and last OVPC meeting for the year 2012.

In need of agency reviews. Thank You.
Michael Tuttle - 10/15/2012
It's been brought to our attention that the detention basin that was installed during the site plan may have been filled in. The interns should be going to look at the site today to get some pictures.
Scott Mendoza - 10/12/2012
Materials (site plan, photos, application) are now available for review. Review agencies please review as quickly as possible so that we can try to accommodate the applicant's wish to be on the October 23 OVPC agenda. Planning staff's report is due Tuesday, October 16th.
Summer Day - 10/10/2012
The Health Department has been working with the owner of High Altitude Kids to take the necessary steps to comply with the wastewater regulation. At this time an additional 183 square feet of drainfield will be required, the septic tank capacity is sufficient for the wastewater flow being generated.
Angela Martin - 10/5/2012
The applicant will not be able to submit for a business license until the Conditional Use Permit is approved through Planning and Zoning.
