Uploaded to the Frontier Portal today are the engineering stamped Blueprints from the firm Case, Lowe, & Hart, Inc. for the Weber County Design Review Team's review, comment, and subsequent approval. Given the backlog of commercial engineers, the architect's attached drawings (blueprints) have taken longer than anticipated to complete. Upon approval of the Weber County Design Review Team of this requested improvement next steps will included application to Weber County for a building permit. After a building permit is approved, a commercial general contractor will be solicited for the scheduling and completion of the project. The time to completion is a factor that will be driven by availability and the backlog of the selected licensed contractor recognizing that commercial general contractors in the Weber County area are currently experiencing backlogs due to high demand for the completion of construction projects.
