I uploaded a new title report with a commitment date of Feb 20, 2024.

Survey Department: County Code 106-1-4 (b) (6) A preliminary title report for each tax parcel included within the preliminary subdivision boundary shall be included with the preliminary plat application. The preliminary title report(s) shall be no older than 30 calendar days prior to the submittal of the application. If the County Recorder's Office is backlogged more than 30 calendar days, then the preliminary title report(s) shall be no older than the current backlog date plus one day.
The title report that was submitted on frontier on 2/29/2024 commitment date of January 26, 2023 needs to be updated to meet the code referenced above.

Final approval of phase 2 is tentatively scheduled for an administrative review meeting to be held on March 6th, 2024. The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm in the Weber County Planning Office, 2380 Washington Blvd, suite 240.

Survey Department requires a new title report to be furnished since new easements have been established since last title report commitment dated April 7, 2021 and uploaded on frontier dated 2/5/2024, before another review can be done.
