Consideration for final approval of phases 1 through 5 from the Planning Division is tentatively scheduled for February 14th, 2024 at 4:00 pm in the Planning Office, 2380 Washington Blvd, Suite 240.

To make the review process easier, it will be best to have a separate project for each phase on frontier.

The Surveyor's Office will begin the review process once each phase has its separate project on frontier, along with all documents uploaded with each phase.
Once the final plat is uploaded the Surveyor's Office will begin reviewing.
