Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Commission held a public hearing on October 10th, 2023, in the Weber County Commission Chambers, 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, at 10:00 am. where they unanimously approved a request to vacate a side ten-foot public utility easement within lot 89 of the Elkhorn Subdivision Phase 4.
I do not have a description of the proposed new easement but have included a plat showing the proposed new easement location. In the title of the document it has the words "proposed new easements". Let me know if I need to have written descriptions of the proposed new easements and I will see what I can do.
This request to vacate a public utility easement is tentatively scheduled for a September 26 public hearing.
