A time extension request has been accepted. After considering the numerous delays that have occurred that are related to the well drilling, the Planning Division has approved the time extension request. The new expiration date has been moved to July 15, 2023.

Please see the latest final subdivision plat that should satisfy the final County Surveyor comments. 

I have added a revised preliminary plan under documents (4190v2-WeberSub.pdf) to address all the comments by the various divisions. Let me know if there are any additional issues, thank you.

The GVD Subdivision proposal is on the August 11, 2021 Administrative Review Meeting to be held in the Weber County Public Works Conference Room, Suite 240, 2nd floor 2380 Washington Blvd. The meeting begins a 4:00 pm.

I'm in the process of responding to all of the comments made so far. Most of them will have to be added to the plat map. As soon as I have responses from everyone I'll have my surveyor update the plat and I'll add it to Frontier. 

The survey office was just notified by the developer that this plat is in process, this development is now in queue for review by this office, Darrel will be the reviewer.  Our goal is to post reviews within 2 weeks of being placed in queue, we'll do our best to expedite this review without delaying other developments.  

Hello, I was wondering how often I would receive status updates on the approval process? Do status reports occur throughout the project or just at the end? Thanks for your consideration.

I sent a check today to Weber County for $1225 for the application fee (6/21/2021)

The subdivision fee of $1225 will need to be paid before the application will be accepted.
