This subdivision was recorded with the Weber County Recorders Office on 6/21/2021.
Access Road Improvement is Completed
On Tuesday, March 16th Ashley and Gary from Engineering dug two holes in the access road to verify the depth of roadbase. The depth in the middle of the road was measured as 9.5-inches and the measurement in the side was 8.5-inches. This meets the design depth of 8-inches from Wasatch Civil Engineers. The access road does not need to be escrowed for at the recording of the plat.
This subdivision was approved during the 3/10/21 Administrative Review Meeting. A formal Notice of Decision has been uploaded to the Documents tab.
The applicant has requested that the subdivision be renamed "Hillside Haven Subdivision". As such, the project name has been modified here in Frontier and will be referenced as Hillside Haven Subdivision going forward.
This project is scheduled for Administrative Review and potential approval during the upcoming March 10th meeting.
An updated plat has been uploaded to the Documents tab. All agencies please review for compliance with any remaining comments/requirements.
