Scott Perkes - 9/28/2021

This application was placed on hold as the Accessory Apartment code was superseded by the Accessory Dwelling Unit code immediately following the approval of the conditional use permit for an accessory apartment. As such, the applicant reapplied for an Accessory Dwelling Unit under the new ordinance language. The only change in approvals between the Accessory Apartment and the Accessory Dwelling Unit is that the owner may utilize the full basement for the accessory dwelling unit whereas the Accessory Apartment language limited the dwelling space to 800 sq. ft. I've uploaded the CUP that was issued as part of the Accessory Dwelling Unit review. This application was approved for a conditional use permit during the 12/8/2020 WWPC meeting. A notice of decision has been uploaded to the Documents tab. A formal CUP will be uploaded once the applicant has demonstrated compliance with all of the conditions listed in the notice of decision.
