Taylor West Weber Water has not issued final will serve for phase 3. Final will serve is subject to meeting the requirements which were specified in the preliminary will serve which expired 11/24/21. None of the requirements have been meet and impact fees changed in September.
Address review will need to be submitted for address before the plat will be approved. Our office will be submitted the address review.
