I have loaded a new plat that addresses the comments from before. I am waiting on a new title report. The engineering review talks about improvement drawings (item #6). Now the curb deferral is signed, and no new improvements are being installed, is there anything specific you would like me to provide? Thank you.

The deferral document has been signed and attached. Also there was a question of whether to change the address of not because the frontage increased. The homeowners would rather not change their address right now because of all the health issues they are dealing with.

I have added a deferral agreement to the documents under the "Other" section. The length of frontage on the plat is 793.58 feet.

For Engineering (Ashley): We have ordered a new title report (I will post ASAP) and are working to get the easement vacated. Regarding the "deferral on the curb, gutter and sidewalk", is there a specific form to fill out, or did you need a letter? How would you like us to get that to you? Thank you.
