To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Approximately 4530 W 2200 S St., Ogden, UT 84401 The Weber County Planning Office has received a proposal to rezone approximately 10.00 acres from A-1 to RE-15. The Western Weber Planning Commission will hear and consider this proposal during a public hearing that will be held at the Western Weber Planning Commission meeting on December 13, 2022 at 5:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers located on the first floor of the Weber Center located at 2380 Washington BLVD, Ogden UT 84401. Meeting date and time is subject to change. Now that the County Commissioners have approved the Western Weber General Plan, can this project be taken off of hold and begin the rezone process? All of the paperwork is turned in and I've already paid the application fee.
Also, now that Scott Perkes is gone, who is my new planner?
In speaking with the applicant, this application has been placed on hold until the Western Weber General Plan is adopted to help guide the review and consideration of this rezone request.

I met with Scott Perkes and Tucker Weight on February 24, 2022. They reviewed my concept plan and discussed that I would need a temporary turnaround at the north end of my subdivision, that my east/west road needed to be moved about 110 feet south to line up with the neighbors property line for future street connectivity, and that I might need to add a sidewalk from my property to the school property, if the school approved it. I talked to Scott last Tuesday, 5/10/22, and the school hasn't approved the sidewalk yet, so my current plan doesn't include it. All other suggestions were added and are reflected in the concept plan included with the application. Please let me know if this will meet the pre-application meeting requirement. Thanks, Chad Buck.
