I am just getting caught up on reviews and posted one for phase 7 of the Chalets. I went through it fairly quickly so there may be items that I find in future reviews.

This office has completed its final review of this subdivision and has released for the printing of the Mylar's pending any other requirements or concerns from the other review agencies.

A one year extension of final approval was approved administratively on May 15, 2013.

I uploaded some new improvement plans with a plat. There is a new document that I posted that includes a fire response, water and sewer letter, storm water NOI, and a response to engineering.

All elementary and secondary students are eligible for busing. We do not travel Snow Basin Road. Students are picked up on the Hwy.

Same comment as Phase 6 - Questar Gas has facilities nearby to assist in serving this phase. We request that all private thoroughfares are designated as public utility easements. If this modification does not take place on the plat, Questar will have difficulty serving this development.
