What is left in the engineering review is minimal and could be resolved in a response to the remaining items. Are there any utilities in the area that have not been shown on the map. Indicate the direction of the drainage flow across the lot and the relative gradient. Even reference to a usgs topography can be used without having to survey the lot for such. Finally a commitment to executing a deferral agreement.. Blane Frandsen PE

RMP - Agrees with DE and would like a 10' PUE along the frontage. Line extension to serve lot will be in accordance with the current tariff and regulations.
