Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an open and public, Ogden Valley Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 5:00 pm.

RMP - line extension to development will be in accordance with the current tariff and regulations. If existing electrical facilities need to be relocated because of lot line changes then applicant will be responsible for all costs of relocation.
