In reviewing the new plat, for what purpose is the 5 foot P.U.E. on the south lot line adjacent to the Combe home? The Subdivision Ordinance 2-4-9 sates: "Natural drainage and other easements.The Planning Commission may require that easements for drainage through adjoining property be provided by the subdivider, and easements of not less than ten (l0) feet in width for water, sewers, drainage, power lines and other utilities shall be provided in the subdivision when required by the Planning Commission." I see no reason for a 5 foot easement when the minimum is for a 10 foot one. Further more when reviewing the Shawn Knight No.2 plat this common lot line never had an easement. The Combe's do not have an easement on the north side of lot 4 and so no easement would be needed on the south side of the amended lot. Please see me if there are any questions.
