The Impact Fees need to be paid to Central Weber or Collected at the time of the Building Permit.

Notice was given concerning the fees for the sewer connection through Pleasant View City. "Per the “Agreement to Provide Sanitary Sewer Service”, Weber County Recordation #2617077, the Mackley development is subject to paying connection fees and any other regular fees (the monthly sewer fee). The sewer connection fees associated with this development is $5,330. These fees are due prior to the completion of the manhole and connection to the City’s sewer."

There was an issue with the Miradi system on July 31st and August 1st and the information that I had posted those days was lost so I am re-posting it today. There was a Engineering Review pdf that I had posted but was lost and it could have gone with the earlier review.

We had a meeting with Pleasant View yesterday and they stated that any future development to the east of this project would take their storm water a different route not through this project. Only the water from this project and what is coming off of HWY 89 will flow through this project.

Pleasant View is requesting a condition for public access through this property for access to the UTA Frontrunner Station. This is part of Pleasant View’s Master Plan. The Developer will need to get with Pleasant View and work out the details on this.
