Trapper's Ridge at Wolf Creek Phase 8 PRUD Final Subdivision application.  Culinary and Waste Water services are provided by Wolf Creek Water & Sewer District.

 

Administrative approval for a one year time extension for the Trapper’s Ridge at Wolf Creek P.R.U.D. Phase 8, located within the approved Wolf Creek Resort Master Development, which was initially heard and received approval by the Ogden Valley Planning Commission in a public meeting held on November 28, 2017, is hereby granted based upon its compliance with the Weber County Land Use Code.  This approval is subject to the requirements of applicable review agencies and the conditions of approval listed in the original staff report.  The subdivision will expire on November 28, 2019 unless it has been taken to the Ogden Valley Planning Commission for their recommendation to the County Commission.
