Applicant and applicant representative: do not hesitate to contact review agencies directly to ask about producing the mylar.

A revised plat was submitted 12-12-2016 for the purpose of adding a public trail easement (on the existing trail) to the plat. This is the only change. When a mylar is produced the word "public" will be added to the trail easement text on the plat. Public trail easement language will also be added to the dedication language. Review agencies, please acknowledge that this plat is released for mylar if able.

A revised plat, addressing recent review agency comments and dated 12-5-2016, has been uploaded. The applicant is requesting that the review agencies provide a response to inform about being able to produce a mylar now.

Met with Mr. Boswell today to review agency comments on last plat. Mr. Boswell will follow up with Reeve and Associates and request that they prepare a revised plat that addresses the last comments provided by WC Surveyor and Engineer. Once review comments are addressed, a new plat will be submitted for a final review prior to producing a final mylar. Mr. Boswell is aware that he will submit two mylars so that one can be filed as a "record of survey." After mylar receives review agency signatures, this project will be forwarded to the County Commission.

The monument sign appears to be unlighted - not sure why landscape plan shows North River Estates sign (perhaps just a concept image). If the sign is unlighted, we have no issues. If it is to be lighted, it should be fully shielded and directed downward from the top of the monument sign. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can be of assistance.
