To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Approximately 4200 North Sunrise Drive, Eden, UT The Weber County Planning Office has received a request to amend the conditional use permit for The Fairways at Wolf Creek PRUD and for preliminary plan approval of The Fairways at Wolf Creek PRUD Phase 4 and Phase 5. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an, open and public, Ogden Valley Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 5:00 pm.
