secondary water shares will need to be provided in the new lot owners name.a annexation fee will need to be paid before culinary water will be provided.

The septic system servicing the existing residence has been verified as not crossing the proposed new lot line.

Mylar was delivered to Planning Division at 10:10am (10-18-2016). Mylar was then given to WC Engineering at 10:15am (10-18-2016) for signature. Planning noticed that a Health Department signature block is not on the final mylar. We may be able to modify WC Attorney signature block for Health Department signature.
