The onsite wastewater system/ septic system servicing the existing house on lot 1, has been relocated so that it is entirely located within the lot boundaries. The system has been inspected and approved by our office. The Mylar has been signed by our office

To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Approximately 174-198 South 3600 West Ogden, UT. The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for final approval of Shaye Estates. The proposed subdivision is considered a small subdivision, consisting of two lots for which no streets will be created or realigned along 3600 West. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an, open and public administrative meeting that will be held in the Weber County Planning Division Conference Room (2nd floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 4:00 pm. Elementary students are not eligible for bussing, however they are currently bussed on a space available basis. Current stop is at 400 S 3600 W. Secondary students are also picked up at this location.
