A conditional use permit application for the replacement of an existing water tank with a new circular concrete water reservoir. The reservoir will be an enclosed 200,000 gallon water tank, 48 feet in diameter and 16 feet tall with a portion of the tank exposed. The proposed site currently has an existing 180,000 gallon water tank that will be removed prior to the construction of the replacement reservoir and is on property owned by the Uintah Highlands Water and Sewer Improvement District. Review/Approval agencies for the project may include the State Division of Drinking Water, Weber-Morgan Health Department and the US Forest Service.
